Donna is an artistic pioneer in the field of permanent makeup. She has over 15 years of experience in giving her clients confidence in their beauty. She is a Licensed Artist Operator of Permanent Cosmetics in the states of Washington and California by Westminster Advanced Institute, certified for Permanent Make-up and Eyelash Extension, and focuses on the importance of a sanitary working environment as well as the personalized needs of her clients. She currently has over 4000 satisfied clients. She consults with each client and considers bone structure and personal preferences before their procedures are done to ensure they receive the results they expect. The black won’t turn blue and the brown won’t turn red.
